That’s why we compensate our tour guides more than the national average and cover 100% of tour guide expenses on our trips. In return, we ask that our tour guides do not participate in “pay for play” referral programs or accept exorbitant commissions from restaurants, attractions, or entertainment venues in return for inclusion on our trip itineraries.
