Your school may request or require specific items, but here is a common packing list for student tours. Please ensure the content and messages on the items you wear are appropriate and will not cause your group to be denied entry into a location.
Clothing and Apparel:
- Hat or baseball cap
- Lip Balm (especially during winter or in dry climates)
- Two pairs of comfortable, closed-toed shoes (potential to walk up to 5 miles per day)
- Socks and underwear (one pair for each day plus an extra pair)
- For Fall, Winter, and Spring months, layered clothing, including beanies and or hoodies
- Rain jacket/windbreaker
Toiletries:
Place in gallon zip lock bag (less than 4oz. each)
- Toothpaste and toothbrush
- Deodorant
- Hair gel or paste
- Hairspray (non-aerosol)
- Contact lens solution and case
- Sunscreen
Additional Items:
- Bible
- Book or game for bus or downtime
- Pen or pencil
- Sunglasses
- Sling bag or small backpack
- Compact umbrella
- Plastic bag for dirty clothes
